This hotel suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a lovely bar/lounge area, and a fitness center. The staff helped me with directions on my first stay, and I appreciated their quick check-in service. I highly recommend it for relaxation! I'm definitely coming back for a city break.

However, the stay was marred by several issues, including rude staff encounters, ongoing elevator problems, and general room cleanliness concerns. The corner suite felt too cold, and after moving to a smaller room, the change was disappointing despite a minor discount. These negative aspects overshadowed the positive moments, leaving much to be desired.
